This notice covers cookies, browser storage and similar technologies used by the pilot. This is a private review draft: the actual hosting and storage inventory must be checked before publication.
1 Essential functions and your device
The site may use technology strictly necessary to provide a function you request, maintain an authenticated administrator session, preserve a security preference or protect a submitted request. Essential technology is used only for that purpose. Administrator authentication must not create a marketing profile for applicants.

Server-side rate-limit fingerprints are security records rather than browser cookies. Their personal-data handling is covered by the Privacy Notice and their maximum lifetime is twenty-four hours. This does not describe the separate retention of the hosting provider’s verified access logs.
2 Analytics and advertising
No advertising pixels, cross-site tracking or session replay are authorised for this pilot launch. Social links open the relevant external service only when you choose them; we do not embed social feeds solely to decorate the page. Email campaign drafts do not include tracking pixels.
If optional analytics are introduced, we will first assess their actual purposes and configuration. Non-exempt storage or access will remain off until valid consent is given. Where a genuinely applicable statistical exception is used, it will be limited to aggregate information for improving this service, with clear information and a simple free way to object. It will not be used for individual profiling, advertising attribution or remarketing.
No analytics integration is made lawful just by calling it cookieless. Any device storage/access, identifiers, third-party use and personal-data processing must be assessed. We do not send form content, email addresses, mobile numbers or free-text briefs to analytics systems.
3 Choices and external sites
You may use your browser controls to manage existing cookies; blocking essential technologies can affect a requested function. If optional technology is added, we will provide an accessible preference mechanism and an easy withdrawal or objection route that actually stops the relevant use.
Our main website and linked services may have their own notices and technologies. Following a link does not give them advance consent on this site. We will update this notice before materially changing the pilot’s storage practices. For questions contact hello@platformdevelopment.co.uk.
